Puan Sri Ts. Rayana Abdul Rahman
Chairman
Puan Sri Rayana brings over 20 years of experience in banking, asset management and risk management, followed by five years as CEO in the security sector. She has led major technology-driven initiatives and applies data-driven strategies to enhance organisational performance.
As Chairman of Valet Nexaguard, Puan Sri Rayana provides strategic guidance, driving the company’s mission to deliver secure, scalable and future-ready solutions that strengthen trust and resilience across national and enterprise initiatives.
Dato Sri Ahmad Fadil bin Shamsuddin
Director
Dato Sri Ahmad Fadil is a seasoned diplomat and corporate advisor with extensive experience representing Malaysia in the Middle East and Europe. He holds advisory roles with several Malaysian companies and serves on the Board of Directors at MATRADE.
From 2019 to 2023, he served as Comptroller of the Royal Household, Istana Negara, bringing leadership, governance and strategic insight that today supports Valet Nexaguard’s mission and its commitment to secure and innovative solutions.
Mohd Izmir Jamal
Director
Mohd Izmir Mohd Jamal brings his expertise from a long-standing career in robust operations and logistics. He quickly rose through shipping operations, gaining expertise in secure infrastructure oversight and data flow control through key supervisory roles and extensive involvement in shipping and warehousing operations for global partners like Matsushita and Panasonic.
As Director, his history of disciplined operations and processes now provides strategic oversight, ensuring Valet NexaGuard maintains the highest levels of integrity and governance, essential for its digital security offerings.
Professor (Dr) Shaikh Harun Bin Mustafa
Chief Executive Officer
Shaikh Harun leverages over three decades of impactful experience spanning law, strategy, identity security and entrepreneurship. Following his legal practice, he held senior executive roles at Datasonic Group Berhad, driving digital identity initiatives and international expansion, and later refined his expertise in digital protection at Valet Technology.
As Co-founder and CEO of Valet Nexaguard, this extensive experience culminates in his current role, championing comprehensive digital assurance tailored for government, enterprise and community.
Joey Ch’ng
Innovation & Transformation Officer
Joey is a seasoned ICT entrepreneur and solutions architect with over 20 years in software development and digital infrastructure. He has led large-scale systems across telecommunications, cybersecurity and enterprise sectors, including trusted communication platforms and fraud-mitigation solutions.
As Innovation & Transformation Officer, Joey collaborates with regulators and industry partners to drive digital innovation and transformative solutions, enhancing security, connectivity and operational excellence across Valet Nexaguard’s initiatives.
Wee Kim Hong
Finance Officer
Wee Kim Hong is a seasoned financial professional with over three decades of experience spanning investment advisory, market research and cross-border capital strategy. He previously served on the Board of Directors at Kenanga Vietnam Securities, leading the research team there. Later he oversaw digital platforms and equity financing solutions at Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad. He currently guides strategic investments and M&A across Malaysia and Vietnam as a Director at Merlinone Sdn Bhd.
This deep expertise in banking and capital markets positions him to drive Valet NexaGuard’s commitment to responsible governance, financial resilience and strategic growth.
Ts. Dr. Latifah Abd Latib
Project Consultant
Dr. Latifah is an accomplished academic and certified Professional Technologist with extensive experience in project consultancy, research leadership and technology-driven communication initiatives. She has led national and international projects in digital transformation, community development, STEM engagement and data-driven research.
As Project Consultant, Dr. Latifah bridges academia, industry and government, delivering evidence-based solutions that drive impactful communication strategies, digital innovation and multidisciplinary project outcomes.
Dr. Ali Mohammed Al-Wahaibi
Head of International Business
Dr. Ali Mohammed Al-Wahaibi is a cybersecurity and digital transformation specialist with expertise in data governance, enterprise security and regulatory compliance. He has led initiatives in DLP, SIEM, Red Teaming and policy development across government and higher education sectors.
As Head of International Business, Dr. Ali drives global partnerships to strengthen secure digital ecosystems and enable scalable digital transformation, combining technical depth with strategic leadership to deliver high-impact solutions.
